TEXT ACCESS - for the first time the public will be able to access local police contact information wherever they are by text. Simply texting PLEDGE and a POSTCODE to 66101 anytime will mean people are texted back with contact details for their own neighbourhood police team and their forces 24/7 non emergency details.
